Our building has been designed as a total of 31 independent sections, 1 and 15 starting with an apartment on the ground floor, a meeting room and a vitamin bar, and each floor is 160 m² gross and 130 m² on the normal floors. It consists of two duplex apartments.
In the garden of our building, there are landscaping works, green areas, recreation and children's playgrounds, a swimming pool, a sun terrace and a guest parking lot. In addition to the security room located at the entrance of the garden of our building, camera systems that keep all areas of the apartment and the garden under control and can record, have been created, and independent alarm systems have been installed in the apartments.
