The project of our building consists of 3 basement floors, ground floor and 13 normal floors. 1-12 of our building. There are 24 flats, 2 flats on each floor, on the normal floors, and 2 roof duplexes on the 13th normal floor. Our building consists of 26 independent sections in total.
On the 3rd basement floor of our building, there is a shelter, water tank, hydrophore room and indoor parking lot. On the 2nd basement floor, there is the boiler room, the electrical room, the generator room, the warehouses of the flats and the parking garage. In the 1st basement floor, there are the warehouses of the flats, the servant's flat, the kitchen niche serving the social area, the toilet and the locker, the dressing room. On the ground floor, there is the entrance of the apartment, the lobby, the multi-purpose hall and the fitness center. Apartments on 1-3 Normal floors of our building are 130.00 m2 gross, apartments on 4-12 Normal floors are gross, 155.00 m2. Our duplex apartments on 13. Normal floors are 280.00 m2 in gross.
